Exchange and Returns
Complaints Should be informed to us within 24 Hours, after this period of time you can not file complaints about damaged goods or incorrect delivery.
My Billion Ladies wants you to be happy with your purchases from its collection. Therefore you have an approval period of 14 days. Ofcourse, it is allowed to first try the clothes on. If your purchases does not fulfill your expectations, you can return the (unused) items within 14 days (with all tags and in original packaging). We dont provide refunds. Instead you’ll receive code that you can use at our web shop for the same value as the returned parcel.
Process of returns
If your return reaches us we will process it as soon as possible. You will receive an email about the status of your return. We dont provide refunds. Instead you’ll receive code that you can use at our web shop for the same value as the returned parcel.
– Ofcourse, it is allowed to try the items first on. But they can’t be washed or worn. (except for swimwear and accessories "Earrings, Necklace, Rings, Handmade bracelets, headbands, Beanies" they can not be returned)
– We may charge a fee for returned products with a strong odor of smoke or food.
– Articles should be send to us in good condition.
– Articles in the sale can be returnerd, but we don’t pay the amount of money back.

Should you unexpectedly have to deal with an incorrect delivery or manufacturing defect / complaint

Delivered but not delivered: All our products are being shipped with a T&T code because we want to be able to follow and track down your order at any time. Should your t&t code indicate that the package is delivered but this is not the case, then you should contact the courier service (postnl). We are not responsible for lost products.
