Shipping

Shipping:

• Package Mail (Clothing Parcel) €6,95: This is for all the Clothing in the shop!
• Mailbox A4 Envelope (Small Products Only) €4,25: This is only for small items. Bracelets and keychains

Normal delivery takes 1 – 4 working days in The Netherlands.

International deliveries take 5  –  max 20 days depending on your location.

If you haven’t received your delivery in 10 days please contact us: [email protected] so we can help you to receive your package as soon as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is processed.

You will also receive a dispatch email when your order has left the warehouse.

This will include a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order.

All the trackings numbers can be tracked down on www.postnl.nl

Delivered but not delivered: All our products are being shipped with a T&T code because we want to be able to follow and track down your order at any time. Should your t&t code indicate that the package is delivered but this is not the case, then you should contact the courier service (postnl). We are not responsible for lost products.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders

once they are on their way to you. If there are any mistakes made in the shipping address we’re not responsible for lost packages.
